How often ba ang paginom ng whey? Currently umiinom lang ako ng whey before magbuhat.. So 4x a week ako naggygym so 4x lang din whey ko.. Dagdagan ko ba?

kulang yan sir, dapat yung whey is upon waking up, post-workout. kung my cassein ka pwede before matulog pero ayos narin yung whey ang inumin mo before matulog. ako ngayon 4 scoops of whey ang iniinom ko sa workout day tapos tatlo naman sa non-workout day ko. tapos sabayan mo ng high protein products sa snacks at meals mo at lalaki ka :agree:

hindi ka lolobo sir if control mo lang ang carb intake mo kasi kailangan natin ng 1-2.2gms per pound ng weight natin para magbuild ng muscle so lalaki TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION muscles mo. lolobo ka kung ang intake mo ng carbs ay sobra. :agree:

sarap ng pakiramdam after mag bench press.

BTW, any ideas or suggestions guys? kasi ganito ang ginagawa ko.

- i go the gym twice a week (tuesday-thursday)
- i only eat rice once per day (breakfast)
- i dont have any supplements like amino acids or protein shake. instead i have skim milk mixed with raw egg for protein.
- my weight dropped from 160 to 145 since i started hitting the gym again.
- my dinner consists of corn or sometimes oatmeal.

as of now, i know i still have alot to go. pero i wont give up until i achieved what i want. so tanong ko lang, tama po ba ginagawa ko sa dieting?

Guys, okay ba ang Gold's Gym sa Glorietta? Balak ko kasi lumipat dati kasi sa Fitness First MOA ako.

Btw, totoo ba yung sa Whey na kailangan kapag uminom ka nun, dapat mag buhat or mag sunog ka? Gym mates ko kasi hindi daw siya nakapag workout tapos nag take siya, yung poo nya daw kasing kulang nung flavor ng whey.. Not sure kung tinatakot lang ako. :sweat:

Ngayon kasi chicken breast, fish and egg white yung pinaka main source ng protein ko, balak ko sana mag whey para ma meet yung 100g protein ng mas madali.

I don't take whey at creatine mix....My source of protein are eggs, beef, green peas....

Still saving up for my own bench press set....


For the meantime, my homemade equipment would do......

I usually start the day with 2 fried eggs (sunny side up), then pre-workout meal ko is cheese slices and dry oatmeal. Then hataw na...I don't exceed 2 hours sa workout though, maximum ko is 2 hours lang talaga.

So far eto muna gamit ko sa bahay pang workout on a daily basis...Habang wala pa yung pinag iipunan na Bench Press set...

Yung barbell, total nya is 40 pounds, yung dumbbell (i use both red and green with each hand), weighs at 10 pounds.

Yung granite rock naman, napulot ko lang yan sa ilog somewhere here...It weighs 40 pounds din...Hassle lang minsan hawakan kasi madali syang mag crack..

That Ab Wheel, i got sa 1 Ukay-ukay for 100.00 bucks...It may look a child's play, pero walangya, it's a killer...The first time ko ginamit yan, 4 days ako hindi makaupo mabuti dahil sa muscle strain sa abs...

Oo pamatay talaga yang Ab wheel na yan na try ko yan dati hehe, isang linggo yata ako hindi makabangon ng kama, patagilid ako kung bumangon nun haha!

Btw ano bigat nung home made barbell mo?

Sa sulit may nakita ako na nag titinda ng pang bench press baka dun din ako bumili, medyo malayo kasi raon samin.

40 pounds lang bro...Honestly i want heavier ones, like 80, para pang deadlift or decline press....Not to brag pero i use it sometimes for triceps dips..

Kanina napadaan na naman ako sa Handyman sa Robinsons, nakita ko na naman yung pinag iipunan kong bench press set....Haaayy....How i drooled over the glass.....

Sa raon daw mura mga gym equipment, balak ko dun tumingin, medyo hindi ko na kasi kakayanin kapag sa gym pa ako nag punta..

Yung dumbell may nakita ako sa sulit I think it's Php 43.00/lbs so baka dun ako umorder.

But bro favor, if you go to Raon, baka meron murang adjustable bench press set, please let me know...

Wow yan ang literally No Pain, No Gain haha!

Ako yung hindi ako kumain tapos nag buhat, tapos nakita ng spotter ko bakit daw ako namumutla, yun pinainom ako ng tubig with muscovado.

Yung isa naman, nag sauna muna ako tapos buhat haha hindi na ako nag treadmill, nung time kasi na yun gusto ko instant warm up haha!

Meron kasi akong OCD....Pag naka sked ako na mag workout this week, as in talagang sinusunod ko yun....So nagkataon that time, i had flu, talagang pinilit ko pa rin...Pero i did light weights lang, hindi ako nag heavy mode...

Schedule ko sa gym dati and now...

Thurs - 2011
Tues-Thurs- 2012
Tues-Wed-Thurs-Sat- 2013
Sun-Tues-Wed-Thurs-Sat- 2014

Nakakatulong din ng malaki sa akin ang Hydroxycut, helps me burn fat faster without the ill side effects...Yun nga lang, Hydroxycut makes a person horny....
