mga sir,19 years old na ko pero weight ko 110lbs lang.Sabi sakin ng mga tropa ko magbuhat na raw ako at uminom ng mga weight gain.Ano ba mas maganda inumin serious mass o mega mass?TIA :agree:

be sure na pag uminom ka ng mga ganyang supplement, maging regular na ang exercise mo. hinde maging effective yan kung inom mo lang... try appeton weight gain. :agree:

hindi ako nakapagbuhat masyado kasi naging busy ako with school. tapos ngayong maluwag na uli sched ko. di naman ako nagigising nang maaga para pumunta ng gym! :facepalm:

mga sir may question lang ako.. nung feb. 8 e 91kgs. ako so i decided na sabayan na ng diet yung pagbubuhat ko and cardio.. tinanggal ko lang yung rice sa pagkain ko.. kahapon 81 kgs. na lang ako..

nung saturday kasi lumipat ako ng condo and dun sa condo may gym sya para sa mga nakatira dun.. kaya lang sobrang lamig dun sa gym sa cardio lang ako pinagpapawisan kapag nagstrength na ko ayaw na ko pagpawisan.. okay lang ba yun? effective pa din ba ang paggym kahit di pagpawisan? 2 days na ko naggym dun e pero hirap ako pagpawisan dahil sa lamig ng facility.. effective pa din kaya ang paggym ko for weight loss?

ilang days in a week kayo mag-workout? sa ngayon kasi mga 3-4 days lang ako. although may nakikita naman akong improvements, minsan i feel weak pag medyo matagal yung rest ko in between workouts.

ako din 3 to 4 times a week or every other day... tapos iba iba routine kada balik.. bigyan ko daw ng time yung muscle ko para mag build...

ano pa ba magandang food para makabuild ng muscle? egg whites ano pa? ayoko sana magsupplement...

okay ba century tuna at pork and beans?

right now 5'6 -5'7 ako tapos timbang ko 122 lbs ... :ashamed:

mukhang ectomorph ka rin tulad ko. hirap na hirap din akong mag-gain ng weight noon. nagstart lang ako mag-gain ng weight nung lumakas ako kumain at nag-supplement ako. feeling ko kailangan talaga ng supplements pagdating sa body type natin. :ashamed: problema nga lang nung nag-supplement ako, biglang lumobo yung tiyan ko. although napaliit ko na yung tiyan ko. hirap tanggalin yung taba sa lower abs.

right now i'm 5'6 and i weigh 142 lbs.

hindi naman sa hindi ako makapag gain ng weight problema kase night shift ako.... so hirap yung katawan ko magbuild ng muscles sa puyat tapos sabayan ng workout... medyo light workouts lang nagagawa ko.. treadmill for 20 to 30 minutes tapos mga 6 to 7 routines 12-15 repetitions lang sa gym... kaya hanap ako ng foods na makakapagbuild ng muscle... may abs na ako konte yung gilid nalang problema... treadmill pa siguro kulang...

5-6days ang workout ko. sunday lang ang pahinga ko noon... :smiley:

pero the best pa rin ang pahinga, so try nyo yung every other day work out. pag nasobrahan kasi sakit ang abot mo... :grumpy: :grumpy:
