I find it really weird that sony didnt stock up for SEA countries. My two guesses are:

1. Their read of this market is that we are more price sensitive and thus why the focus is on slim bundles (playstation asia barely markets the pro if at all). So theyre focusing more on larger markets like the west, where they feel demand will be higher.

2. They didnt want to overload their supply chains with three hardware launches in three months. So they have limited stock of the pro and chose to focus this on larger markets.

Either way, this whole situation is weird and the demand is clearly there. It sucks that there is no stock for us.

Yep, you're probably right. Play-asia.com has some Ps4 pro stocks although they're Japanese and Euro versions, more expensive.
