kung ako sa inyo antayin nyo na lang maging widely available yan dito locally. No one's stopping you from importing online pero we're talking about consoles, malaki ang chance na magka-sira-sira yan on transit. Di pa kasama yung possibility na magka-problema sa pag release nyan sa customs. Hassle pa ipapalit yan kung sakaling dumating yan na may tama na. Atleast pag dito na kayo bumili sigurado may warranty at topakin man yung unit may habol kayo dun sa store na pinagkuhanan nyo.

yan din advice sakin sa customer hotline ng sony....tinanong ko din sa sony center....di pa nga pla na launch ps4 pro sa pinas...tapos di pa tumatangap ng PO sony center.....

yan din pang asar ng mga tinawagan ko sa olx...yung dec daw preorder lang yun.....jan pa magkaka-unit...

kung jan 2014.....na launch ng sony ph OG PS4.....malamang bago mag christmas...may PO na yan...tapos next year na yung unit....

I find it weird na Game Retail companies (Like Datablitz, iTech/Gameone, etc.) already announced the availability of the Pro last month and now, CSR's at Sony tell us na hindi pa released ang Pro. Or its just me.

Edit: I visited the https://asia.playstation.com/ph/en/ps4/hardware and andun na ang release date. Ano ba talaga? (lol)

kaya nga bat nauna sila....pero tingin ko di galing sa sony ph....yung units nila...unang tawag ko sa sony nagtaka pa yung csr....bat meron na DB...

released na ... nagka limted stocks yata sila nung 2nd week ng nov...parang 10 units lang yata per sony center store...

I think the csr you are talking to is misinformed. Sony Ph branches also sold units some time two weeks ago. They even had a 1 tear extended warranty promo with the units they sold.

The PS4 pro is already launched here officially.

Nakita ko lang sa isang fb group. Gamextreme din nag restock na.

Sa sm aura daw sa db, so baka sa itech magkaron na din. Pero yung sa gamextreme at db daw para sa mga nag preorder pa lang. Ewan ko kung gaano karami nakuha per branch.

kakatawag ko lang sa gamextreme gh....tumatangap sila ng PO...baka daw last week pa ng jan....

sa DB naman...nag restock nga...inuna mga nagpa reserve....sa shangrila branch....40 daw nka reserve....

lahat yata nag restock..gameline, DB, gamextreme...pero para sa mga nag PO o nag pa reserve...

My launch ps4 was an r1 console ao its pretty fun to use x to confirm.

Problem is if r3 mga games mo you are still going to run into that same problem

Enjoy! Its an excellent console! My games to recommend are rise of the tomb raider, ratchet and clank, bf 1, titan fall, cod: iw and hitman.

Those games all have excellent pro modes.

Pero bro, lately pansin ko sa ps4 games regardless of whether it is an r3 game or r1 parang nagiging standard na na x ang confirm.

Ps3 is another story though.

I'm not sure about that, at least sa mga nalaro ko lately na SIE games (ratchet and clank and uncharted 4 for example) circle pa rin yung confirm.

EA games I think have x as confirm regardless of region (BF 1 for example). So there's still a bit of that going on. Anyway, it's a tiny annoyance but shouldn't take away from the experience.
