I just would like to know if any user here have purchase a US PSN card from datablitz? specifically SM megamall branch?
Because I just recently purchased a 20 USD PSN card from them and it seems the card they are selling are not activated. I ask about this to their main office and they said all the cards they are selling are pre-activated and ready to be loaded to your PSN wallet. They even ask me to make a new Email address and set the location to United States for the card to be accepted. I tried this but to still no avail.

Now I am getting no more response from the tech support who handles this problem. Are there any of you encountered this same problem?

What's the exact error message you get when trying to input the card?

"funds could not be loaded to your wallet"

i researched about this already, the possible cause is that the card is not activated. this is my 1st time of buying a PSN card from datablitz.

It's either used na yung code...

may mali sa redeem code na na-enter

OR...

down ang PSN?

it's best to just ask for a replacement.

^I think iyun ang problema niya sa DataBlitz. They're not willing to replaxce it based on what I read in the TS' post.

Best thing for you to do in this scenario is to really be insistent. Insist that the card will not load on your account. Bring your PS3 to the shop. Ganun din dati nung bumili ako ng God of War UMD sa kanila tapos hindi gumana. It took them two months to replace. Kelangan talaga kulitin mo

yeah yun ang mahirap sa DB eh. kailangan kilala ka ng staff na regular ka na dun. which is mali. yup prove to them na lang na ayaw talaga maload sa wallet para ma replace nila. sa DB rockwell kasi regular na ko dun and everytime i buy a psn card sabihin ko pag di na load, replacement.

Hmmm? Very weird. Of all the PSN cards that I bought from DB (and I already bought tons!), lahat naman gumana.

^isolated case lang siguro(especially why the DB staff has no idea how to deal with the problem)

Be on the lookout na din, imposible naman na isang card lang sa set ang di gumana. Especially if DB orders these cards by bulk sa supplier.

weird hindi gumagana baka noon binili mo partly scratched na un code? kasi nakabili nako sa kanila and yung card na binibigay nila sakin may scratches on some parts of the code so nakikita konti un code so noon nakita ko yun na alagan ako at hindi ko binili. and afaik wala dao solian un mga psn cards sa kanila.

Yan ang mahirap talaga sa DB, their customer service sucks. Nung dati bumili ako ng PS2 controller na defective pag test ko sa bahay (kasi wala silang pang-test sa store) ibinalik ko sa store at after 3 weeks pa ako nakakuha ng replacement!

bakit ganun, yung isang $20 psn card natanggap ko, tapos TEXT SPEAK VIOLATION isa 2 times nag cancel tagal ko pa naman hinihintay 2 days.. pano ba ginagawa sa ganun?

Kaka bili ko lang kanina 50usd sa dblitz ok naman.
Nung tinry ko ilagay 2x yung code ang lumabas na error

Almost lahat ng PSN cards ko sa dlitz galing and lahat naman gumana. Yung sa return policy nila sa PSN cards alam ko hindi nila tatanggapin yan. Nung baggo palang kasi ako sa dblitz lagi nila ako sinasabihan na wala daw sila warranty sa cards.

Baka naka EU/Asian account ka?

Yea medyo marami ako nababasa negative feedbacks sa CS nila, kaya ako pag mga console/hardware sa Mr Dyna.

I always buy from DataBlitz Festival... Luckily, wala pang problem ever since. Spent like 4k already on PSN Load.
