Nope. They'll have to create another user account with a US address. They'll also need a US account if ever they want to purchase add-ons for region 1 games.

Yes, as long as you are logged in the US PSN account.

...guys inquire lang. Balak ko sana magbenta nito dito sa pinas, ok lang ba na yung pinsan ko na mag help magbenta na nasa states papadala nalang thru email ko yung mga info ng scratched card para mabilis mabigay sa buyer yung load ng card? Para iwas narin ng fee sa padala at mabilis pa.

...sige try namin pag aralan, kasi kinakabahan yung pinsan ko. Pano daw ba pag kunwari yung nabenta namin na card hindi ma load, or ayaw gumana. May way ba para malaman namin na hindi nagloloko yung buyer? Yun yung isang problema na siguro ma experience namin. And siguro sa start kaliwaan muna para walng problema for both parties.

hmm medyo mahal nga, pero if u want to load your main acct without getting risk of getting banned maybe its worth it, at iniisip ko kung sakali magkaroon ng MMORPG ang ps3 cgurado thru psn yung singil nun if ever, and you want to play it on your main acct not in your dummy acct.

The only way I can think of is to contact sony support about it. They probably keep records. In our case kasi when someone claims that they are unable to use a card we can check it on our system if it's been used by a specific account.

Btw, won't your cousin get charged for state tax? Ganyan din kasi binabalak ko dati kasi nung na compute ko yung cost ng card+tax+markup+currency conversion parang medyo mahal. Maganda yan if you can get the cards at a discount and in a state that doesn't have state tax

pwede ba tayong gumamit ng credit cards sa PSN Store o kelangan prepaid card ang gamitin natin? kung prepaid card e saang store store meron nito locally...meron ba nito sa GH? thanks

what PSN store? kung Asian PSN i've tried my local Standard Chartered cc and it works (i have a SG based Asian PSN id), kung US PSN , itech is sellong the PSN cards
