Same tayo anung modem mo? Ako gamit ko bm622 naaccess ko naman si advanced at naka port mapping narin ako nung nagcheck ako sa portforward.com panu magport forward sa modem na ito at dmz at static ip na si mps4 nat 3 parin.

Pero may nabasa ako wala daw talaga paraan magportforward sa wimax kase pagnagportforward ka sa unit pero pagpabas ng connection sa tpwer block parin sila.

Yan din po nabasa ko, that there is just no way to portforward on WiMax.
We might have a chance daw po sa DSL.

Can i just ask kung paano nyo po naacess yung advance settings ?

Hello.
To all my fellow Globe Broadband/DSL subscribers out there, can you you still get NAT type 2?
Since the hacking incident last month, hindi na po ako makakuwa ng magandang WAN IP address from globe.

As we know, Dynamic po ang IP ng Globe DSL by default. If we want a static IP address, we have to pay Php 700+ on top of our monthly fee.
So before, if NAT3 ako after mag boot/reboot ng modem, I just refresh my WAN IP address by disconnecting and reconnecting again and again sa modem page until bigyan ako ng magandang WAN IP address -- which will also give me NAT type 2 sa PS3 and PS4.
Ang magandang IP address ay yung 3 digits yung 1st octet ng IP address, like 120.x.x.x. Ngayon laging pangit na (10.x.x.x), never na ako makakuwa ng magandang IP address kaya lagi akong NAT 3 sa consoles ko.

Anyone else experiencing the same?
Baka po may nakakaalam ng solution diyan? I don't want to pay an addtional 700+ monthly just to get that good IP.

What I did was disconnect every device from using wifi, restart the modem router (power cycle for 10-30 seconds), tapos una kong patakbuhin yung internet connection test ng PS3. Ayun nagagawa kong NAT 2, pero sa PS4 na nahiram ko dati hindi ko magawa yun haha, gumagamit ka ba ng router o yung modem router lang ng globe ang gamit mo?

Problema ko ngayon is kung gagana yung teknik na naisip ko para sa PSVita naman hehe. Lately panay ang disconnect ko tsaka parang hindi kaya nung prolink na i-accomodate ang laptop, vita, ps3 at ipad, parang nahihirapan kumuha ng ip address, naisip ko na bumili na ng router para dun.

Deym, 700 pesos for a static ip? hahaha. Kakatest ko lang nung disconnect / connect sa modem page, ayun start nga din sa 10... nakow malamang kung may router din ako baka hindi yun mapapalitan.

^ I even had that option (to pay for a static IP) before kaya lang di ko muna tinuloy. Dagdag gastos sa part ko. Hahaha

I was given a static IP for free by Globelines when I was a subscriber. The reason I got it free is because I complained about the transparent proxy they implemented which is not part of the contract that I made with them when I signed up. They couldn't remove the transparent proxy thus they gave me the static IP since it doesn't go through it. I had it since the Taiwan earthquake a few years ago until I disconnected the service.

Napansin ko since December, hindi na ako nakaka-Nat 2 sa Globe. Dati kasi minsan nakaka-Nat 2 ako pero ngayon never na ako nakaka-Nat 2. 2mbps ang subscription ko sa kanila at kapag sa speedtest.net naman ay lumalabas ng 2.0mbps download speed.
Also, sa mga online games noon kahit paano ay may 1 or 2 bars ako sa signal. Ngayon parating 0 signal pero nakakalaro naman ako ng matches. Yun nga lang konti ang room/matches na nakikita ko at minsan na-disconnect ako before/during/after the match.

Same here parang may nabago na sa settings nila, di na rin ako makapag-NAT 2. May router ka pa ba beside dun sa modem router ng globe? Balak ko kase bumili ng router pero baka hindi ko rin mapa-NAT 2.

I thought ako lang ang may problem na ganito. One of my PSN friends told me that static IP is the way to go. I'll try this muna bago ako papalit ng ISP. I've been thinking kasi to have PLDT eh, since my brother gets NAT 2 sa ps4 niya with a PLDT internet connection.

I think I've discovered a way to get Globe users to get NAT2 but have not tried it yet. I found out that you guys connect to Globe much like how mobile users connect to the Internet. The IP that your router gets is not the same IP that'll show if you go to whatismyip.com or ipchicken.com. You guys are getting double NAT thus NAT3.

Try natin papaneps, nag-bridge mode na ako at port forward tsaka dmz setting... NAT 3 pa rin!

At this point I am willing to get a static ip. I just need to know kung sure shot ba ito to get a NAT type 2. Sabi kasi nung agent nagsa-start sa 2 yung ip na ibibigay nila sakin. Or baka mali lang rinig ko.

sana nga mag-NAT 2 kung ganyan, nagbabago kase yung ip address pansin ko dun sa router eh.

Same here. Globe 3mbps, kahit port forward Nat 3 padin. Anyway, I play BF4 online and I can only find matches on specific game modes. How's you online gaming with Nat 3 guys?

Medyo matagal maghanap ng kalaro pero di naman grabe yung lag, tsaka huli kong na-test na online game eh yung wipeout hd tsaka ps all stars battle royale, medyo maayos maka-connect kahit NAT 3, sana maayos ko rin to NAT 2 lol.

Got the same problem since last year. Ang hirap sumali sa BF4 (PC) servers dahil sa taas ng ping, konti ang servers available, at NAT type 3 sa PS4. Nagpa-static IP ako last week, and now balik NAT type 2 na ako. Hindi okay experience ko sa NAT type 3 noong PS3 days kaya naisipan ko subukan muna yung static IP nila.

As long as ang IP ninyo sa modem (10.x.x.x.) at public IP from let's say "what is my IP address" (180.x.x.x) ay hindi pareho, private IP setting ang meron kayo. Surebol NAT type 3.

By the way, Php. 770.00 monthly yung additional fee sa akin ng globe (para sa curious sumubok) at pwede mag unsubscribe sa static IP anytime, basta itawag sa kanila.

Nayj, nagpa-static IP ako sa Globe, starting with 203.XXX.XXX.XXX, pero since then hindi na ako maka-browse. Nung Friday pa ako nagkaroon, so nung Friday pa ako walang browsing. Sayo ba nagka-aberya ka? O nung nakuha mo, ok agad? Grabe service sakin ng Globe; di ko alam kung bakit ang tagal nima maayos.

Ganyan din prefix ng IP ko. Lahat ba ng sites hindi mo ma browse, o selected lang?

Ok naman yung browsing nung nakuha ko yung static IP. Kung may torrent ka, nakaka affect sa browsing yun kung naka enable yung DHT. May effect din yung madaming naka connect na devices sa network. Medyo sumasablay na talaga ang globe lately sa service nila.

Deym so kung static ip may problema naman sa browsing?

Bumili ako ng router kase hindi kaya nung sablay na prolink modem router nila kapag maraming devices na kumokonekta sa amin.
