Is it still worth it to Buy PS3 today?

Yes. PS4 is still a rumor. And if it ever comes out, for sure it's super expensive. Will you buy an expensive console?

PS3 is more than 5 years old and has a lot of great games. And it's cheaper now. That alone is a reason to buy a PS3 now.

Plus, there are a number of current PS3 owners so there's an opportunity to play with those gamers.

Yes. Very worth it. There's a lot of good titles coming out this year like Resident Evil 6, WWE'13, The Last of Us, NBA Live 13, and many more. Still, the new console will be introduced on the later part next year, probably on the last quarter. And for sure, sobrang mahal pa ang price nun. Super expensive!

Yes. Worth it talaga lalo na kung sa bahay kalang. Sobrang nakakatulong pang iwas boredom sa bahay. Like mine, wala pang one month ang ps3 ko.

Yes, its worth the purchase. The price is not even that restrictive anymore unlike 4 years ago when I bought my Fat 40 GB. It cost me an arm and a leg just to get the console, extra controllers, accessories (hdmi cable etc) and games. Now the console and games are relatively cheaper. Some even come free on the PSN (if you have the PSN+)

ako enjoy ko talaga ang ps3 ko, enjoyed ps1 to ps2 days pero iba na talaga ang ganda ng gaming ngayon at nagagawa ng ps3..kaya kung tutuusin kahit wala ng ps4 eh ok na eh basta matino lang yung gagawa ng game like naughty dog and santa monica and iba pang blockbsuter titles...worth yan kahit lumabas pa ang ps4...

as for the ps4 rumor years pa hintayen ko jan gang sa kayanen ko na yung price saka ko bibile..just like what i did sa ps3 matagal ako sa ps2 bago ko bumile ng ps3....

sa games pa lang malilito kana sa dami ng magaganda at malulupet
naalala ko tuloy noon sumali pa ko ng paluwagan dito sa trabaho makabili lang ng ps3 slim 120gb sa ngayon madami na din akong nakalaro, nakilala, naging kaibigan at malamang dadami pa haha

Yes! Its very worth it! Kasi kahit may mga rumors na kasa me lalabas daw na PS4, so far opinion ko lang baka matagal pa iyon kasi mahaba-mahabang research ang gagawin ng mga developers eh. Kung ang PS3 nga maglalaway ka na sa ganda ng graphics, panu pa kaya yung lalabas na PS4, Just got mine 2 days after my birthday! Ganda talaga, saka mas tumatagal, mas maraming hardware revisions, mas nagmumura!

Sobrang worth kasi mura na sya ngayon saka marami pa din games I've waited for 5 years to purchased 1 due to price mahal kasi before around P50K ata not worth it I purchased mine at P12.5K 3 weeks ago I enjoyed it playing FFXIII I would buy PS4 but would still wait a few years pag stable na yung price but for now I will enjoy my PS3
