Another question, if I have ps plus active on my account, does it automatically pass on the online gaming access to another account of the same region?

Also, can DLCs work across regions? Ex. I have an r3 copy of the division, my active ps plus account is r1, can I play DLCs from the r1 store with an r3 copy of the game?

This depends on the game. Normally an R3 game only accepts R3 DLC. You can try to download any free DLC from another region, if there's one, for The Division and see if it works.

So as long as one account has that golden d-pad, all accounts in that console will have online/multi-player access?

Just 1 account with PS Plus on the same console will be enough.

as long naka subscribe ka magagamit mo yung games pero pag expired na subs mo unplayable na siya.
