Yep same Date as the Vita Version and most likely the same content

-New Character Relius Clover
-new VS themes(jin vs tsubaki/Reluis vs Carl)
-includes all DLC characters(makoto/Valkenhayn/Platinum
-Balance tweaks
-New Online mode feature 2v2 and 3v3 battle
-New & improved Abyss mode(survival mode)
-includes Revised CT story mode
-4 new Scenerios for CS story mode(Relius/Platinum/Valkenhayn/Makoto)
-Refined Beginner Mode, called STYLISH Mode
-PSR reset and new method of PSR calculation
-New medals and titles
-PS3 owners will be able to share their data between the two versions.
