I can download games just fine (albeit very slow), but I always get an error when I try to download movies. Is it just my wifi being slow, or does it have anything to do with my IP address or something? (Not tech-savvy, so I don't know much.) Thanks!

Ps store sells movies? didn't know that. Anyway, you said it yourself, you can download games kaso mabagal nga lang. So wala ka na dapat baguhin siguro sa settings mo.

Try mo lang restart modem mo and see if that will help. Also, subukan mo din mag download pag konti kaagaw sa wifi, I usually do my downloading at night time para konti kaagaw sa network.

I need help. Everytime i pop a game it says that the disc isnt recognized. I also tried it with other games. Its been months since i used the optical drive since all of my games are digital. Everytime i pop a cd in it makes a ticking sound and doesnt seem to rotate. I
Anybody had this issue? Im still under warranty though, but any of yall know how much time a sony service center fix a ps4 under warranty? Thankyou in advance

Guys, yung ps3 slim 120gb ko namamatay magisa after aroung five minutes of usage. Three times na nangyari (once nung oct, twice this week). May nabasa ako na baka madumi lang yung loob ng ps3 ko (di ko pa nabubuksan since binili ko nung 2010) kaya nago-overheat yung system, so nag-auto shut off siya.

May same experience ba sa inyo? Di ko kasi ma-huli kung YLOD since nag-on pa naman siya.

im gonna get my ps4 pro tomorrow...and i plan to create a new psn account , but the problem is down pala ang psn asia as of now?
can i still create an account on the ps4 pro? or is it down as well? sorry for this question kasi i sold my old ps4 so i can't really check if i could create an account on the ps4 directly..

I believe you can still create accounts on the PS4 Pro. syempre dapat may feature na ganyan para sa mga first time users / Ps4 owners.

Then wait for PSN to resume back to normal. Hindi ka rin makakagawa ng account (via web or console) kung down ang network mismo. You need to be online kasi to complete the registration.

Ang magagawa mo lang sa unit mismo is to create a user account muna, pwede ka naman mag login sa PSN at anytime once it's back up.

^i could be wrong on this kasi i havent tried it personally pero i think you might need to redownload the patch again for your new ps4. Unsure kasi ako kung tied sa account yung patch or sa unit lang.

Patches should be downloaded and applied to the same version of your PS4 unit.
Kung sa web mo na-download ang patch, make sure na yun same region ng PS4 mo yun nakuha mo patch.
Or just use your PS4 to download the patch itself.

Gumagana raw yung update file from other regions. Pero para mas sigurado, sa parehong region na lang kunin.

Just bought a new PS4 slim, I know it's still fairly new pero meron na bang nakaexperience ng issues to look out for? I remembered when I had a PS3, I rarely use it pero 1 day the video display just started to have problems. I think it was because of constant switching HDMI ports that time kasi konti lang slot sa tv.
